Manual hoists have wide range of applications,for instance,storehouse, shipyards,construction sites,oil and gas fields, mining and marine industries and so on. These crane chain pulley are suitable for lifting and handling loadings range from 500kg up to 50,000kg.
It is critical to test the performance of the manual chain pulley before use. TITANSUHE chain lift hoist is tested according to the following procedure:
1. No-load test to check the smooth movement of the hand chain and load chain.
2. Light load test to check the minimum weight that can be lifted.
3. Rated load test to verify the correct operation and basic strength of the hoist.
In addition to the above performance tests, we always take samples from the production line for the following tests to verify that our products comply with ASME30.16, EN13157 and AS1418.2 standards.
4. Life cycle test to ensure that our manual hoist lifespan is at least 1500 cycles.
5. The breaking load test ensures that our chain hoists meet the minimum safety factor of 4 times.
