Hardware inspection of chain rigging
Before each use of lifting chain rigging, visually check whether there are common defects on the chain rigging, such as wear, deformation, or corrosion.
Pay special attention to the wear, deformation, and cracking of the hook of chain rigging. If the equipment is damaged, please stop using it and remove it.
Balance state of chain rigging
Master the basic information of the load object in advance, determine its weight and center of gravity, and then choose the appropriate size of chain rigging accordingly, and determine the lifting method and angle that meet the operation requirements.
Overload of chain rigging
The chains and rigging must not be overloaded under any circumstances. Check the load capacity of the chain rigging tag to determine whether it meets the operation requirements, and do not ignore the influence of the lifting angle on its actual load capacity.
Knotting, bending, and twisting of chain rigging chains
Ensure that chain rigging is in a completely straight state, and abnormal states such as knotting, bending or twisting are not allowed.
In addition, unless a regulator is used, the original length of the chain rigging should not be artificially increased or decreased.

Chain rigging should be protected with pads where it contacts the load object to prevent deformation or wear of the chain ring due to force.

During lifting and lowering operations, movements should be smooth to avoid impact loads.

When not in use, the chain rigging should be hung on a special rack and kept away from various environmental factors that are unfavorable for storage.
