Usage of Electric Separation Hydraulic Jack Lift
When the oil level of the pump body is insufficient, add working oil (32 or 46# machine oil) into the pump before use.
Estimate the weight of the lifting object and avoid overload usage.
Determine the weight center of the lifting object, select the point of force applied by the electric separation hydraulics jack, and also consider whether a strong steel plate is needed to prevent the danger of toppling over while lifting the object.
After the electric separation hydraulic jack lift lifts the weight, immediately use sturdy support to hold the weight in place. Do not use the jack as a support to prevent uneven loading and the potential danger of toppling over.
Connect the quick connector of the manual pump with the jack, select the position, tighten the oil release screw on the oil pump, and start the operation. Loosen the oil release screw to remove the load on the oil cylinder.
Refer to the manual of the electric pump for electric pump operation.
Precautions for Electric Separation Hydraulic Jack Lift
If air is trapped during usage, loosen the oil release screw on the pump body, turn the pump body upside down to release the air, and tighten the oil release screw to continue operation.
Do not remove the quick connector while there is a load, so as to prevent accidents and damage to the machine components.
This machine uses oil as medium, and maintenance should be carried out regularly to ensure that the oil and machine parts are not clogged or leaking, thereby affecting the effectiveness of the machine.
For brand-new or long-term unused hydraulic jack lifts, because there is a lot of air in the oil cylinder, there may be a slight jumping phenomenon of the piston rod during initial use. To remove the air from the chamber, the hydraulic jack lift should be moved back and forth without loading 2-3 times. When not in use, the hydraulic jack lift should also be moved back and forth without load 2-3 times per month to avoid the hardening of the sealing parts, which may affect the service life of the hydraulic jack lift.
The high-pressure oil pipe is subjected to a 105Mpa (1050Kgf/cm2) test when leaving the factory. However, due to the aging of the rubber hose, users should check it frequently, generally every six months, and every three months if frequently used. During the inspection, a pressure of 87.5Mpa (875Kgf/cm2) should be applied. The hydraulic jack lift cannot be used if there are blasting, bulging, and leakage phenomena.
Strictly follow the technical specifications during operation, and users should regularly inspect and maintain according to the usage situation.
