For newly installed or dismantled and reinstalled wire rope hoist, it should be tested for several times without load. However, do not energize and test it before it is completely installed.
Before normal operation of electric wire rope hoist, it should undergo a static load test for 10 minutes with a lifting distance of about 100mm from the ground and a load of 125% of the rated load, and check if it is normal.
The dynamic load test of electric wire rope hoist is a repeated lifting and moving test using the rated load weight. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and lifting chain>connection part are normal and reliable.
While using lifting electric wire rope hoist, it is absolutely forbidden to use it in an environment where it is not allowed or to exceed the rated load and the rated closing times per hour (120 times).
During installation, commissioning and maintenance of electric wire rope hoist, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook rises to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook descends to the lower limit position, it should ensure that the effective safety circle on the wire rope on the drum is more than 2 circles.
It is not allowed to press two hand buttons of electric hoist that make it move in opposite directions at the same time.
After the electric wire rope hoist has finished working, the total brake of the power supply must be pulled open to cut off the power supply.
The electric wire rope hoist should be operated by a special person who should fully understand the safety operating procedures, and skewed lifting is strictly prohibited.
During use, the electric wire rope hoist must be checked regularly by a special person, and if a fault is found, measures should be taken in a timely manner and carefully recorded.
When adjusting the sliding distance of the braking of the electric wire rope hoist, it should be ensured that the sliding distance S of the braking under the rated load is less than or equal to V/100, where V is the distance stably lifted in one minute under load.
During use, the electric wire rope hoist must maintain sufficient lubricating oil and keep the lubricating oil clean without impurities and dirt.
When oiling the wire rope of the electric hoist, a hard brush or a wooden piece should be used. It is strictly prohibited to directly oil the wire rope that is in operation with the hand.
When the electric wire rope hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of the wire rope crane hoist.
If a fault is found during the use of the electric wire rope hoist, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.
