Quality Control
Chemical Elements Check Of Raw Material
We do chemical elements analysis of each batch material to check the composition and be sure we get the right material according to our technical specifications.
Mircrostructure Check
After heat treatment,we will randomly take sample pieces to check the microstructure of this material and so micrographic analysis to be sure the materials are properly get treated.
Tensile Strength Test
For all load sharing or load-bearing parts such as lifting chain, chain hook, etc., we will make the tensile strength test to check if these parts have enough strength to withstand the minimum breaking strength listed in the related standard or specifications.
Hardness Check
For those parts that need wear resistance, we do hardness check to be sure the parts get enough hardness and have the ability to resist the tough wear.
Fatigue Test
All of our lifting products have been typing tested with fatigue test, in the other name life cycle test to check the durability and be sure the life cycles are not less than the related specification requirement.
Salt Spray Test
For the parts that need to be exposed to the air, we will do a salt spray test to check the rust resistance.
