The main power of sleeve pressing machine is a hydraulic system. It has outstanding features of compact structure, stable operation, low noise and high work efficiency. The steel wire rope slings inserted by the press sleeve machine present no offset and can be done in 3 seconds of one set. Compared with hand-knitted wire rope sling, it takes almost 15 minutes by a 5-year-old master to produce a set, they two methods have a hundred times difference in efficiency.

Features of Hydraulic Wire Rope Pressing Machine

A dual hydraulic system which combines the use of high speed and low pressure to bring dies into position. And the low speed and high pressure necessary for ideal swaging control
Adjustable tonnage control, so tonnage can be set to match die block working load limit.
Four column wide stance which provides the operator working clearance between columns a large area for in-process sling storage.
Vertical swage action which gives an equalized press on the fitting to produce uniform high quality
Self locating spring locks snap the shoe-type dies into place for quick set-up and change
The voltage and frequency can be designed and produced as per customer’s need.

Attention for use

There must be no oil in the fuel tank when the machine is being lifted.
The input power of the machine must be 380V, 50Hz three-phase AC.
The grounding protection wire must be connected securely.
Mold must be installed well before starting the machine so to avoid accidents.
Oil must be injected from the air filter.
New machine should get all oil cleaned for the first time after it be used for one week. For cleaning frequency in next few months it depends on the working load, we recommend to replace the oil every 3-6 months aiming to prolong service life of the machine.
The pump and overflow valve have been debugged in the factory, user shouldn't adjust it randomly.
Do not place other hard objects on the cylinder thus can prevent the mold from being damaged when the piston goes down.
Cut off the power supply when replace the mold.
