HSH-A620 1.5 Ton Lever Block
Adopt Japan Tech, Titansuhe’s HSH-A620 lever block is a universal tool that is widely used for lifting, lashing, tightening, and positioning applications.
Different from the lever block with freewheel, the HSH-A620 lever block is designed for 100% control of the loads. There are two-step operations to adjust the chain length. Put the changeover switch in the middle, and disengage the handwheel from gear sets by pulling it out, the chain can be then adjusted. When you get the desired chain length, just need to push back the handwheel to get it engaged for up and down operation. In this way, there are no risks of uncontrolled chain movement and give the lever hoist higher safety.
Ranged from 250kg to 9ton, the HSH-A620 lever block is an ideal portable lifting tool for easy operation by manpower. When used for lifting or pulling purposes, not like a chain block that moves away from the cargo from your location, a lever block works to move the cargo close to your location. You just need to put the changeover switch on the upside, shake the handle up and down or rotate the handle 360°, the cargo can be lifted or tightened. Or same operation, but switch the changeover at a down position to release the tension or drop down the cargo. For lashing and securing applications, the lever block is ideal for large tension force but not allowed elasticity.
