1. Wire rope parts of electric hoists
It is the main load-bearing component of wire rope crane hoist, and its use frequency is very high. In the process of maintenance, it is necessary to check the strength of the wire rope frequently, and regularly add lubricating oil to the wire rope to reduce the friction between the wire rope and objects. When the wire rope reaches the scrapping condition, it should be scrapped and replaced in time.
2. The reel position of electric hoists
As an important part of the electric wire rope hoist, the drum is squeezed, bent and twisted by the wire rope in the working process. In the process of daily maintenance, if cracks are found in the drum, it should be scrapped immediately to eliminate potential safety hazards. Secondly, the wear degree of the rope groove of the drum should not exceed 2mm. If it does, it must be re-grooved, but the wall thickness of the drum should not be less than 80% of the original wall thickness, and there should be no cracks up and down the drum.
3. Reducer position of electric hoists
Lubricating oil should be filled and replaced regularly in the reducer, otherwise it will not only produce excessive "buzzing" sound, but also excessively wear or damage gears or bearings. If the reducer gear is excessively worn or the reducer bearing is damaged, it needs to be disassembled, overhauled or replaced immediately to eliminate the fault and reduce the noise.
4. Brake position of electric hoists
Brake is an important component to ensure the safety of work, which can prevent heavy objects from falling suddenly and realize the parking function. If there is a problem with the brake, it is likely that there will be a safety accident.
