For different markets and different applications, we can supply polyester webbing sling and round sling with safety factors 4:1, 5:1, 6:1, 7:1, and 8:1. For the USA market, the webbing slings are always 5:1. And for the European market, all the supplies are 7:1 safety factor and for Australian market, webbing slings normally come with an 8:1 safety factor and for other markets, the safety factor will depend on customers' choice.
All our lifting chains are made according to EN818 specifications. We have an EN818-2 medium tolerance chain to make a chain sling, we also have an EN818-7 fine tolerance chain for hoist rigging.
We made all lifting chains with high-strength alloy steel 20Mn2 or 8620. The chain made by 20Mn2 have the same dimension, strength, and elongation as 8620 material, the only difference is that the chains made of 8620 material have better fatigue resistance. If you need to use the lifting chains for high-frequency operation under harsh working conditions, it's better to choose chains made of 8620 materials.
There are some key points to check the quality of the alloy steel chain.
You need to check if all the chain links have been calibrated. The calibrated chain link has a unique and nice shape.
You can check if different chain link has the same dimensions in diameter, pitch length, and inside width.
You need to check if the chain has enough strength to reach grade 8 or grade 10 according to what you order.
The very import is the chain must have elongation not less than 15% so that the chain-link gets enough deformation before it's finally broken.
The last one, if you have related test equipment, do the bending test, to see if the chain-link can withstand the sudden impact under certain force without breaking.
There are two important checks for wire rope when you receive the goods.
Cut the wire rope end to see if there is a loose strand. A good quality wire rope must be preform treated and will not appear to lose strand after cutting.

While light-duty chain block is designed for lashing purposes, not recommended for lifting. The light-duty chain block can be used for life unless you know exactly the weight of the loads and any overweight lift is absolutely prohibited. Heavy-duty chain block has a minimum of 4 times safety factor and has been typing tested with life cycle test. It's reliable and durable for high-frequency heavy loads.

Yes, we can supply ordinary chains with medium links, short links,s, and long links. The specification we adopt is DIN763/DIN764/DIN766 or DIN5685A/DIN5685C. If no special requirement, our mild steel chains will come with bags, 25kg per bag. The reel packing is also available, in this case, you need to advise the length of each reel.

First, you need to know which grade is the chain in your hand. When choosing the chain components, you need to choose the same grade components.
Second, for a 1-leg or 2-leg chain sling, you should choose a master link, connecting link, and chain hook. For 3-leg and 4-leg, you need to choose master link assembly instead. For chain hook, if you do not have a welding machine and professional technician, we won’t suggest you chose an eye hook. Chain hooks with clevis head are ideal for easy assembly. And for different applications, you can either choose slip hook, self-locking safety hook, or grab hook. But very important is all the hooks need to come with a safety latch to prevent load slip out the hook.
Shackles, to work as a connecting part between sling and anchor/lifting point, the safety and convenience are both the main care of end-user. For the applications that need frequent disassembly, a screw pin shackle will be suggested for quick and easy dismantling. For low-frequency applications, you can choose bolt-type shackles for more safety. No matter which one you chose, please remember to check the shackle pin has been well screwed before operation.
